How does it work?
Our Head Coach is Dr Anthony Llewellyn (B Med Sci, MB BS, FRANZCP, MHA, GAICD, Cert. Coaching ICCP).
Anthony is an experienced medical coach having completed several hours of coaching with a variety of clients both internal and internal to organisations.
Anthony’s background as a psychiatrist with training in solution focused, cognitive behavioural and motivational interviewing also assists him to provide the best service for clients.
Anthony holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology based at the University of Sydney.
Anthony’ applies a flexible approach to coaching based on the coachee’s needs and requirements.
You will work one on one with our expert Medical HR coaches during a series of 45 minute web-conferencing sessions. After each session you will be sent a recording of your session for your personal review.*
You will be able to practice a number of the common question types that occur during an interview and be provided with feedback on your technique, including body language, tone and content. If you have one or two specific questions you would like to practice we are able to accommodate these as well.**
In 2017 all we had a 100% success rate with our interview coaching participants.
You will need to have access to a PC or laptop and a reasonable speed of broadband in a quiet location (such as an office or study room at your home). You will also need a headset with mic or headphones with mic or a microphone connected to your computer to ensure reasonable quality audio.
Your computer should have a web camera.***
We use Zoom technology to conduct the coaching. You will need a webcam, microphone and headphones a quiet space and reasonably fast and reliable internet. The system is generally very easy to set up. If you would like to test Zoom on your system you can do so here
